The B1122 at Yoxford [the road from Leiston] will be closed for full weekends from 7:00pm Friday 20th to 5:00am Monday 23rd February (and from 7:00pm Friday 27th February to 5:00 am Monday 2nd March).

Also the Old High Road that leads from the A12 to the Village Hall [at Yoxford] is closed until-mid March, so you need to take the A1120 [Yoxford High Street] and turn left at the church to get to the Village Hall and car park.

Spotted the archaeology at Sizewell C on the latest series of "Digging for Britain" and want to take a closer look? Oxford Cotswold Archaeology will be hosting an Open Day in the Yoxford Village Hall to showcase the finds and initial information already gleaned during our excavations as part of the Sizewell C development site.
This event will showcase a selection of the finds and explore the stories behind the sites featured on the programme. Discover more about the excavations along the Sizewell Link Road, including the early medieval barrow cemetery, and hear directly from the archaeologists involved.
