The Stars and Us!
Girls About Snape/GAS welcomes you to an OPEN talk with Dan Clery,
who writes about physics, astronomy, space science, energy and European science policy.
On Tuesday 2nd September he will provide a fascinating talk to answer the question
“Where do the atoms that make up our body come from?”.
The answer is, many come from the Big Bang that started the Universe,
others are made in the burning of normal stars like the Sun,
others are created when stars explode at the end of their lives.
We're all made of star-stuff.
Refreshments and a Raffle will round off the evening.
GUESTS £7.00
