UPDATE:  SATURDAY, 26th JUNE
—
Many thanks to all who took part in the Litter Pick this morning.  Pickings may have been  slimmer than usual (thanks to several who pick up on a daily basis), but every can or tissue or bit of plastic reduces damage to wild life and the village aesthetic!  Now — at least for a few hours — we must be in the running for the cleanest village in Suffolk.
It was lovely to have coffee with the volunteers afterwards too!

Dear Public Spirits,
On Saturday 26th at 09:30, the long-awaited Snape Litter Pick will begin.  Could you please circulate this to anyone else kind enough to litter-pick?
I have ten litter pick-ups to lend, and the requisite black bags, which I will distribute at the front of the Village Hall from 09:25.  Please bring gloves.  Masks optional.  I'm afraid I don't have hoops.
Could you let me know that you are willing to litter pick by emailing me?
Coffee and tea will be served on the forecourt outside 2 Garrett Close from 10:30.  Please come.  It will be great to have a chat.
Best wishes, Georgina
