We will be holding the Annual Parish Meeting (APM) on the 26th April, FROM 6:30pm FOR 7:00pm START at the Village Hall.  The APM held last April was the last to be held over Zoom, as all subsequent Parish Council meetings have been face-to-face again.

As in previous years, the intention is to update people with the work of the Parish Council, and to hear reports from the many village groups and organisations.  It is helpful if these reports are submitted in advance to the Parish Clerk, and preferably also copied to the Webmaster, so that they can be circulated beforehand — and thereby speed up matters on the night.

The formal Agenda has now been published and can be downloaded by clicking on its image below.

26th April 2022 Agenda APM 260422 wborder

It is also displayed on the Village Hall noticeboard.  If there is an issue or issues you would like to raise, then please let us know.  The meeting is a less formal open public meeting, rather than a regular Parish Council meeting, so is intended to be open to full discussion.  There is no need to declare your intention of attending, though any formal apologies sent to the Parish Clerk would be appreciated.

"Reports from Local Groups" (item 5 of the Agenda above), can be previewed here as they become available.

As it was held over Zoom, the 2021 meeting could be recorded, and can still be viewed here.
The recording runs for 45 minutes.  This year's APM will NOT be recorded.

The current Parish Councillors are listed here.
