HIRING AGREEMENT — SNAPE VILLAGE HALL  

The Village Hall is run by Volunteers.  
Please respect our Community resource.

 

Before completing the online Hiring Agreement form below, please view the POLICY NOTICES FOR HIRERS via the  green 'button'  at https://snape-pc.gov.uk/vh/charges/.  We also suggest you check intended booking(s) against our «Regular-bookings calendar» for potential clashes — though it may help you to know that some regular events are suspended during (for example) school holidays and especially in August.  Please make yourself aware of the conditions and likely availabilities before you  CONTACT THE BOOKING SECRETARY  and then complete the online form below.  Also, please mention if you have any special requirements.

Please note that the Committee Room is again AVAILABLE, following some necessary repairs.


The Village Hall Management Committee agrees to permit the Hirer to use the hall in accordance with the Conditions of Use, but does not accept responsibility for any damage or theft to property.

You should expect a settlement invoice early the following month. Please bear in mind that a combined booking/damage deposit of £100 is required for private parties, weddings and commercial bookings (Groups B, C and D). Should the event then be cancelled, £30.00 will be withheld as a cancellation charge.

Also, reasonable clearing-up time is not charged for, but the Village Hall Committee reserves the right to charge £50 for lost income, etc.



If, instead of seeing an "I'm not a robot" confirmation tick-box above, you receive a message like "Could not connect to reCAPTCHA", try turning your router (or other equivalent device) off and on again.  If that doesn't fix the problem, you may need to download the latest version of your internet browser software (Android, Arc, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, iOS, Opera, Pale Moon, Safari, Vivaldi, whatever).  Failing that, you're welcome to email the Webmaster, who hopefully can assist you.

 

Unless you receive the message "Thank you, your form has been Submitted", you've an error (highlighted in red in a message above) to correct.
