GAS: Liz Trenow: "It's never too late!"

"IT'S NEVER TOO LATE!" — Liz Trenow had her first book published at the age of 60 and has since written ten novels, which now sell all over the world, and are translated into 11 languages.  On Thursday, 10th February at 7:30pm, Liz will talk about why she loves writing historical fiction, about the experience of becoming a published novelist at the age of 60 and of writing two novels in particular — "Under a Wartime Sky" and "Secrets of the Lake".  If your interest is history, and in particular the history of Bawdsey Manor, or if it is in the craft of writing or starting a new enterprise later in life, then Liz’s presentation is not to be missed.

The meeting is open to everyone from Snape and surrounding villages, so please encourage your friends to come along — or feel free to send out the attached notice to groups you belong to.  We will provide refreshments on the evening, and look forward to a stimulating Thursday evening with Liz.
